Proogoti provides video advertising, digital marketing, and content creation services. All services are delivered as per the agreed terms with the client.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon approval of the script and receipt of 50% advance payment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information for successful project delivery.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery for video advertisements is 48–72 hours after confirmation.
Any delay caused by incomplete client input or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via Bkash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of the project.
Proogoti reserves the right to withhold project delivery in case of payment delays.
5. Revisions
One free revision is included for all projects.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued for services already initiated or completed.
7. Intellectual Property
Proogoti retains ownership of all project content until full payment is received.
Clients are granted the right to use the content for their business purposes.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear requirements, materials, and approvals on time.
Delays from the client's end may impact delivery timelines.
9. Liability
Proogoti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
We may use third-party tools to enhance our services. Proogoti is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platforms.
11. Confidentiality
All client-provided data and information are treated as confidential and are used only for project purposes.
12. Termination
Proogoti reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
14. Changes to Terms
Proogoti reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
